Turntable Isolation Journey
Well, still learning to post images here. :)
Turntable Isolation Journey
It’s so amazing to read about hockey pucks. I thought I was the only one to use these. Back decades before anyone in Houston knew what they were I had my sister-in-law in Boston send me some. That’s all I’ve used for spinning LPs for longer than I...
Whats the weirdest concert you ever attended?
David Bowie, Houston late 70’s. The people in the audience had me so freaked out I hardly paid attention to Bowie. :)
Ground Control to Major Tom...
I have a large plasma TV on the wall behind my rack. If I leave the TV is on and I touch the tonearm it hums terribly. It makes me wonder what all the EM is doing to my body. :)

Awesome!  😂
Do 5-pole DIN tonearm connectors deteriorate the sound?
I just went through this decision making process to Din or not to Din when ordering a new Origin Live Encounter. My current Rega arm has Incognito wire from clips to RCA. I went with the Din setup for convenience. I hope I made the right choice. :)

The best speaker cables you’ve had
Owned & heard: Audience AU24SX.
What is the best HEAVY METAL speaker?
I didn’t read every post in this thread but surely someone else has mentioned Bose 901’s powered by a Phase Linear 700 amp! If you wanted to feel like standing in the pit at a Who concert this would do it. :)
LPS for Soundsmith MCP2 Phono Amp
Thank you for the reply. I’m not sure who Pardo is but I’ll google it.
LOUDEST Concert and Tinnitus
Top three: 1. The Who  2. ELP 3. KISS The Who and Kiss were so loud and distorted it was hard to know what they were playing  ELP was amazingly loud and relatively clean sounding.
