| What is the best HEAVY METAL speaker? Yeah, but those are gonna need work. Unless you can find a pristine pair. And even so, they would need tlc. It wouldn't be a good idea to set those up and blast them, imo. | |

| Audio Technica AT150MLX finally gets some respect The AT150MLX comes with PC-OCC cartridge leads, and I don't hear any problems with the stock headshell. So, imo, these aftermarket headhsells and leads are kind of a waste of money. But, if you think it will make a difference, go for it. | |
| What is the best HEAVY METAL speaker? The JBL Studio 590s are a pretty good choice, and you can get them for much less than $3k. The retail on them is $2k. If you dig the 530s, you should definitely be more than content with the 590s. | |
| Has anyone tried Blue Jeans Cable LC-1 RCA IC? I don't agree with what BJC has to say either. They seem to come fom the objectivist school. Not sure if they're hard-liners or not. Sorry to say, their cables are good, but not to be used for the finest of high end audio systems. | |

| Has anyone tried Blue Jeans Cable LC-1 RCA IC? BJCs are good, solid OFC cables. They're good for upper mid-fi to entry level high end systems. But, they do not compare to up-occ copper and high grade silver cable. That's what you wanna use for a high end to ultra high end system. | |

| What is the best HEAVY METAL speaker? Klipsch Heritage or JBL Synthesis. Both lines can take whatever you can throw at them. The Klipsch is a lot cheaper than the JBL line, but the JBLs sound better, imo. If you wanna go the cheap-o route look into Cerwin-Vega. | |
