Question about a set up
Everything @soix said + Check out Denon and Yamaha receivers as well. This is 2 channel with subwoofer outputs. If you’re looking to expand to home theater, they both have AVR’s   Save the sub for last.  
Looking for preamp recommendation
A simple answer, would be to start looking for a Pass Labs preamp. As a general rule, companies design their products that play well with each other. All the best.

New Western Electric 91E 300B Tube Integrated Amp REVIEW !
Always wanted to hear a Western Electric 300B amp.  They are supposed to be incredible with their 300B tubes. Having said that, I’d bet the 91E integrated is no slouch! I’m kind of surprised there’s a phono section in it.
