More Dynamic Speakers Than Vienna Acoustic
“You need more power!”  (quoting Arnold, or maybe Lars Ulrich)
Class D is just Dandy!
I have Bel Canto 500 monos and a BEL mk V.  This is my second BEL, and is kind of the ultimate expression of Dick Brown’s old lineup.  Back in the 90’s I had an earlier BEL which I preferred to the smaller Krell and Mark Levinsons.  It was really ...
Power Amplifiers
Is my BEL mk V old enough time be considered a classic?  That might scare me.  But it wouldn’t be the only thing that’s made me feel old, lately.
Recommendation for an audiophile speaker cord that is not "bright"?
I will second the suggestion for Cardas.  If you can find a used pair of Cardas Golden Reference, they are excellent and not bright.   Expensive at the time, but can get a better deal, now.
Mola Mola Makua and Kartugas or Preamp and Merrill Veritas?
If you want musical Class D, Bel Canto would be worth your listening time.  They've been doing it for a long time.

need recommendations for standmount speakers
how about a pair of used Proac Response D2?  They are front-ported, and do just about everything well.

Are there any Tool fans here?
I just saw Nick Cave live in his ‘Conversations’ tour.   He puts the priority on performance and connection with his audience, giving his all everyday.   As a bonus, the fidelity of his recordings is quite good.   Much better than TOOL recordings,...
Are there any Tool fans here?
I have enjoyed Tool since the beginning, and have been fortunate to see them live through the years.  Nothing quite like experiencing Third Eye live.   My personal preference prioritizes artistry over sound quality.  That being said, the audio on ...
Artwork And Acoustic Foam
You might this covered already, but you might want to check if the acoustic foam you chose releases toxic gas during combustion.   Look for Class A fire rated acoustic foam, unless you want a thick cloud of toxic smoke.
Whats playing on your system today?
Oh, and the new Tool on HD download.  Now, this recording IS compressed.  I wish there was a way to get ahold of remastered Tool albums.
