Yes it would and no one does.It would require a very beefy, spendy unit to ensure that the amp had all the current it wanted when functioning normally (ie all power has to flow through the battery to provide instant cutover to back up power so eff...
Backup battery UPS for my system...
I share Javachips reaction to using a UPS on an amp. If you search the forums you will be hard pressed to find anyone doing or advising this. In fact most consider this to be a big no-no especially with amps. Props to Chadnliz for doing his own ev...

Recommend book of "must have" rock albums
Take a look at Amazon's Essential Recordings as well as the comments from those who wrote reviews. Lots of references about which album is better then the other and what else you have to hear from the same artist or in a related vein.

Anyone have any experience with the Tunami GPX-R ?
Aldavis - I have a "red one"... LOLThis is a pretty stiff cable - not like a ultra thick BMI but it still has some mind of its own. Definitely falls in the category of cables that will move a light component around. And its certainly not going to ...

Merlin MMe - Bi-Wire or Single Wire
It is indeed one of the great mysteries that they set the speakers up for biwiring yet the party line is to use a single run - best to call Bobby P and ask him...
Why would you run video through a processor?
I am a total HDMI convert - the thought of ever spending the money to buy 7 premium RCA cables, plus the thought of the the effort to route and dress them to avoid the large number of wires found in most HT rigs has made a believer out of me and i...
Why would you run video through a processor?
trick is to bypass the processor if you have better chips in your players or your displaybiggest problem i have found with the in-processor chips is that they are global - one size fits all meaning that all of your sources are processed identicall...
Looking to boost my 12v relay
I did find a Niles RF unit - actually a number of them still being made. Best I can tell these are stand alone units that I would program into my universal remote. Would have no connection to the Integra. Jason at Butler turned me on to it - Niles...
