Eugene Here!
This Schitt is totally refreshing in the world of high end audio!
+1 213, I have a Mani and I love it. Gonna pull the trigger on the saga in a day or 2 so I finally get a quality analog preamp. (will likely get a Fulla 2 to mess around with for my headphones, as well)
Vandersteen VLR CT
The carbon tweeter strikes again. Nice! Now, if Richard could somehow make the mfg process cheaper....
Lightning quick DYNAMIC amp in the under $1000 range
May need to add the Schiit Aegir to the list now that it’s available. It’s $100 more than the Vidar, but supposed to sound better overall as long as you don’t listen at high levels with inefficient speakers. The Vandy 2Cs are 88db efficient and I ...
Whats playing on your system today?
Food a pristine used Traveling Wilbury album. Not one pop or tick on it. It's also extremely dynamic. Good find.
The new Schiit Aegir Amplifier now shipping

Would this be a DIY type of thing? Is there one I can buy that is ready to go?
Vandersteen Model 1 or Focal 726
but, I like Tomic601's suggestion of getting a 2wq sub first. Could get for around $600 used and make one hell of a difference
Vandersteen Model 1 or Focal 726
might be able to even squeak in the 3A sigs for under 2K
How to connect subwoofers
for the high level connection, I think you create a separate run of speaker cables going from the amp to the sub (not from the speaker to the sub). I think most high-end sub-woofer companies prefer this method since theoretically it keeps the "sou...
