As promised my thoughts on my newly installed Townsend Podium isolation system.
Got it, the adjustment feet of the podium, wasn’t clear to me on the site.

What’s a “load cell”?
Bang for the buck vs. “money no object” cable recommendations
Many high end choices, would like to hear Acustiks. https://www.in-akustik.de/en/cables-and-accessories/reference-air/speaker-cable/  Buck bangers, lower end offerings by Shunyata, and R. Grosts Cerious Matrix.
Horn speakers , high efficiency but not “shouty”
PureAudioProject Quintet trios with Voxativ widebanders. 5 watts extremely loud, user adjustable XO and EZ caps changes. Not shouty.
The Lifespan of an LP?
Chakster is right and practical for life. Unless you listen to the same for ever, they easily outlast us as I have vinyl from others lives that are still mint even though played dozens of times.

Worst Concerts You Have Attended ??
Worst, Dickie Betts and Chrissy Heinz, Pretenders, Both so loud I had a headache for days. Best, Front row Bruce Springsteen as he was the warm up for The Paul Winter Quartet before the release of Asbury Park.
Building a house
NeuropBuilding a room as we speak. Couple of thoughts. Get the room dimensions as ideal as practical. Your challenge will always be bass management and keeping your noise away from the rest of the home. High ceiling is preferred. Generally speakin...
Acoustic treatment question: do you agree with Dennis Foley that $46k to $65k is required?
In all fairness to Dennis Foley, he clearly makes the point that the most expensive part of room treatment is bass management. He clearly states that managing fundamental frequencies, in the 30 , 40, 50 cycle range is the name of the game or the h...
About to invest in room treatments; GIK, RealTraps, DIY -- what is your experience?
6.5 foot ceilings, you have a difficult situation to say the least. Could be very difficult to manage p. Major bass absorption in great magnitudes, not inexpensive.   Please don’t make the the mistake of buying anything without knowing what issues...
A deeper more holographic soundstage.
My experience, not hugely vast, non technical, was; as soon as I experienced minimal  XO’s as in my loudspeakers (Reference 3A Grand Veenas), phase alignment, the holography went through the roof. Further enhancement was the made through the use o...
Should I got full tubes or stick with hybrid amps?
@soundchasr, I’d place two nice dog beds in the middle. Good absorption, especially when occupied.
Do speaker wires matter
I had M-1’s for years. Love the soundstage. I used to watch Henry Kloss upside down double stack them with 8 amps. They need appropriate power, mucho. I used a Sim W-5, 185 watts into 8 ohms, double that into 4, was barely enough because the M-1’s...
For the Audiophile with a taste for good design(looks)....a question.
No one should miss the The Wall, The Diamond, The Reflection, and especially The Minatour in your choice of Stainless, Bronze, Marble and more by Audiovisual Art.
I bought some Owens Corning 703. Now what?
IMHO, the foundation for a great room begins with managing the bass as pointed out above,  the most difficult and the most expensive. Start here. https://www.acousticsinsider.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Acoustics-Insider-Bass-Hunter-Technique-S...
