Anyone hear of the Black Cable Tie tweak?
I had fun reading some of his posts. I get the impression he really does not like audiophiles and built his whole persona to take advantage of them. I can sort of see the justice in that :-)

Is Laufer even in business?  Looks like their website has not been updated in years and still looks like a highschool project. I love the claims of studio use, but no one I knew who did studio work had ever heard of them. The claims made are quite...
The guru on fuses:
audiotweakThat is because you only sort of understand one thing and hence for every problem you swing the hammer. The bending wave speaker creates a pressure (longitudinal) wave, as it must, which means it must move, as a whole, in and out, though...

One of us could explain it, but it would be far more entertaining to let rodman99999 et. all jump through hoops while doing mental gymnastics trying to justify why the fuse will matter more than the extra 10,20,30, 100 feet of wire switched in/out...

8 Years later he still caught someone trolling his line :-)

Screaming and stomping your feet (figuratively) always wins the argument. How about not listening with your eyes for a change. Why are you so threatened by that?
The guru on fuses:
Sure bud. No one ever considers vibration (transverse wave).  Nope, no driver vendor has ever considered it  You are coming across now like Kenjit..
Internal Wire Gauge?
The wiring should be UL1015 listedThat's really specific and unnecessary. UL1015 is 600V  PVC shielded appliance wiring material. It's in an enclosure, there is often no need for shielding at all, and it would be detrimental to the build in many l...

2.0 welding cable should be fine. Make sure it's grounded well.Pure silver multi strand, I figure about 25k for cable, 500.00 valve amp..LOLBeat me to it! :-)

Swing that hammer Tom, swing away! Most people who deal professionally with waves would refer to them as transverse waves but whatever.Thank you for describing refraction. I am sure no one knows anything about that. However, if you think that shear...
The guru on fuses:
Shear does return to the source and therefore generates interference. Shear is how a speaker works. Some energy moves straight off the center of the cone or membrane. The rest moves on both sides and thru the cone..and guess watt it hits the sur...

Nice jump in sound quality over that vibrating metallic dingle berry that is now in the trash..fuses are subjected to shear wave interference and it carries on from there. TomI see you are using your hammer again. Only issue, the problem is not ...

I have Intona 7055-B and Coolgear USB 2.0 high speed isolators. I run them with home brew supplies for the output to keep switching noise out.I have Chord Qutest and Benchmark DAC3 for main usage. Have a DAC2. Also picked up an RME ADI-2 based on ...

Allnoise,You confuse science and faith. I have no fear of my claims being tested, tested properly that is. I don't need my eyes to hear. Why do you?
