What is the best Big Screen TV? for since I only watch movies and not TV, I went with a front projector. For me the pluses out-weight the minuses. But they aren't for everyone. Mine was under $2k for everything. 80 inch wide, 92 diagonal. It's something to think about.
Optical or Coaxial? 1. don't know 2. yes.
Need advice on good, clean, stable power I would investigate "balanced power" and isolatation transformers prior to using any "power conditioner" with a power amplifier. Yeah and 20 amp dedicated lines go without saying - unless you live somewhere that you do not own. To me "clean power"...
Are Maggies Cat Proof? I would build the cardboard slipcovers mentioned above. Yes, if kitty scratches your current grills, kitty can hurt maggies. :-( When I lived back home and had Acoustats, I took the 5kv bias wire from the panel's transformer and touched them to ea...

Breaking in power cords My dryer has a 120v 20A line, but it is a natural gas model and not electric. I currently run my stereo off of my dryer's outlet. Cleaner clothes? With Walker SST, you bet!
KT-88 KT-90 KT-100 6550 which has the best bass? probably KT90, that's what I've found. EH or Ei makes decent KT90 tubes. There may be others.
Best excuse for playing loud music? agreed Tim. just ask 120dB-Harry Pearson, LOL!
Revel Salons in an enclosure? In response to your 9/12 question, how about something that is designed to be corner or boundary re-enforced, like a Klipsch corner horn? Or maybe something more upscale and modern like a CAR Hartfield? The horns might be dy-no-mite for HT. Just a...
Radio Station CD Players? What kinds? I think the question was high-end stations, read public radio, local station, college stations, not clear channel. Some of the local stations, esp college and jazz stations WILL still spin vinyl. not sure on CD players. I like you have heard some ...
