B&K Bi Amp question

On my B&K AVR 507 S2, I've tried to bi-amp my speakers using the zone 1 and 2 amps. My 507 is set up with the 2 rear channel outputs as zone 2. Using each zone to bi-amp seems to work OK except that I can't control volume simultaneously. I have to adjust zone 1, then go to zone 2, and change that. There are quite a few steps in getting from one to the other. It seems to me that I should be able to set it up so that they work together. I've set zone 2 to turn on with zone 1 and use the same input as zone 1.
Anybody know if this is possible? Thanks,

Not sure what you mean by "main out". Are you talking about pre-amp outputs? There is a left/right and composite video out for zone B. I'm trying to use the two 150W zone B amps to bi-amp my speakers. I can't get the volume control to control both zones. Seems like there should be some way to do this. If I used Y cables, how would they be hooked up?
Thanks for the help by the way!

I refer to AVR 507 ( not S2 ) manual, change the Zone 2 level control to Variable.( Page 38 in AVR-507 S2 manual )
If still not work, the only thing I can think of is use a remote control unit equipped with macro function to learn all the required commands.
Imhififan - Thanks for the second post. My AVR 507 S2 manual only goes up to page 59. I do have the volume set to variable for zone 2. (As well as zone 1) I'm beginning to think I'm not going to be able to control both at the same time. Bummer!
