What is your take on Mapleshade products

Voodoo, as with many products in the hi-end.

I have not used his wire products but do have almost all of his recordings which I enjoy very much. They have a great sense of realism and are extremely well recorded (IMHO)...

I'm generally skeptical, but I own many of his products and CD's. I have been very satisfied with all of them (power conditioner, ic's, speaker wire and equipment rack). In particular, the modified Scott 222c I bought some time ago, is extraordinary. I own several expensive amps, including Leben and LFD and the Scott performs with the best of them.

Their Ionoclast CD and LP zapper may be the most amazing low cost tweak I have ever used. And Pierre always has time to talk with his customers...

I use their ICs, speaker cables with both tube and solid state systems and now have Samson rack for my tube gear. Great products that are well designed and manufactured.

Not voodoo by any stretch. Unless, of course, you have never heard nor used their products...
