Rogue Cronus 2 vs 3

Anyone know the sonic   differences between th 2 and3 ? I’m thinking about buying a cm 2 with LRS  plus. Is the3 that much better for streaming.? It’s almost double thebprice for a 3.

Thankyou for your thoughts…I realize it’s all personal taste but I can’t hear them. I know several people I’ve the 3 with LRS +

I have had a Cronus I and jumped straight to the iii. I noticed a big difference. The addition of the triode and ultra linear mode on the fly is great. I do tend to leave it at 60 watts as that seems to have a sweeter sound to me. I am not sure any of the upgrades benefit streaming but I only run a blue node streamer and play more vinyl and cd. I have Focal Aria 948's and the combo continues to blow me away.

Thankyou all for your responses. I know they upgraded the phono and headphone circuits but it’s the sonic enhancements that I wish I could knew more about and as Arafiq was pointing out that’s one person opinion. The price difference is more than double. $1400  for a used unit.
