@willgolf I returned the SR Purple and I’m going back to stock or Beeswax.

I found the SR Purple to have sound characteristics similar to the QSA fuses, since they both use graphene.

But I found the stock and top of the line Beeswax to have more clarity.

And Beeswax is the only after market fuse I found to have depth and dimension.

@macdude

Thanks for the Purple update. Are the Beesweek fuses directional? Do they state what direction?

@willgolf Yes the Beeswax fuse is directional. There is no labeling for direction, but the wrong direction will sound a bit muffled.

And I was expecting a buzzing sound…

Hi guys,

I'm totally open minded to trying tweaks that seem to defy logic, to the point that I've ordered a QSA Light Blue fuse this morning from an online retailer I use a lot here in the UK.

At the moment only 13A QSA fuses are available for use in UK mains plugs, which is fine; I'm not comfortable opening components etc.

Anyway, I've been itching to try one of the various brands of fuses and settled on the QSA; my question is, which component would the fuse benefit the most?

Naim Nait XS2 - Power Lite PC

Bluesound Node N130 - AudioQuest NRG C7 PC

REL T/5x - AudioQuest NRG IEC PC

or, my Wireworld Matrix 2 distribution block fed with a Wireworld Stratus 7 PC

Instinctively, I'm thinking source first, but the fuse world is alien to me so I'm open to any suggestions from all you guys who have been experimenting with these products for some time.

Thanks very much

Kind Regards
