Black is a b-tch.
I use compressed air for dust and Windex for fingerprints. You can blow your cantilever right off (ask me how I know) so, shield the cartridge! I blow it off perhaps once a year as I use a dust cover. The table itself does not collect dust fast at all. The dustcover can be cleaned easily with Windex or any other glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth. If your dust cover has collected swirl marks they can be rubbed right out with Menzerna's 2500 compound. If you have scratches (you can feel them with a fingernail) you have to wet sand the entire surface with 600 grit silicon carbide paper and automotive detailer. Then jump to 1200 grit then 2000 grit. From there the Menzerna will bring back the wet look shine. If you just sand out just the scratch you will leave a noticeable divot in the surface. You have to sand the surface evenly with a flat sanding block.
