Help Me Improve My Turntable Set-Up

Hi,

Reaching out to the community in hope of some help.  I put together a system but I have been disappointed with the sound quality.  Any insight you guys can provide to make this come alive would be greatly appreciated. I have:

  1. Harbeth P3ESR speakers
  2. Schiit Aegir amp
  3. Schiit Saga tubes pre-apmp
  4. Schiit Mani phono amp

Schiit gear is decent for the money but nothing more. Give your super expensive book shelves a better amplifier.

I have to agree with church man. Schiit is really good for the money, but they are really budget stuff. If you want to get what the Harbeth’s are capable of you are going to have to significantly upgrade all your electronic components.

Yes, you can't ask for more. You are with a entry level items almost everywhere, including TT/cartridge.
