Lumin U1 mini vs Lumin T2

Wanted to get some opinions.  I just sold my T2 which I loved, but found that I really couldn't tell a huge difference in using my T2 dac or my Mcintosh or Anthem STR dac.  All sound incredibly good.  So I sold it and bought the Lumin U1 mini with Kenneth Lau PSU.

The U1 mini sounds just as incredibly awesome as the T2 IMO.. However, my room isn't perfect either..

I'd like to hear some opinions from people who have extensively used both and maybe had more in-depth listening sessions than I have.

Also, love to know how the Lumin A1 compares.  I think it's an older model but still might be on my radar.

You say your room isn’t perfect... Swapping DACs over and over isn’t going to help much... Keep your U1 mini and grab a copy of REW and get a mic for it and "see" what is going on in your room... Some bass and wideband absorption and diffusion might help as well as a touch of EQ...  And the Dual ES9028PRO SABRE DACS in the T2 will be a bit on the bright, clinical side...  The A1 with the WOLFSON WM8741 DAC will be a touch warmer...
Thanks, I actually did that.  I didn't like having add the miniDSP into the chain adding to the complexity of the system as well as more expensive wires.  So I bought an Anthem STR with Anthem Room Correction (haven't ran it yet as I'm still trying to settle on a "final" system").

I also had the T2 and I would have never characterized it as bright and especially not fatiguing (I know you never said fatiguing).  I'm just wondering if the A1 would be better or different.  You mentioned warmer,  which I'm definitely fine with.

The A1 received stellar reviews in its day (2014ish) but a lot has changed and upgrades have been made.
