Please recommend a good Tech in NYC/Brooklyn

Hi

I need a good Tech to service an OTL power amp.
Im in Brooklyn and prefer to hand deliver instead of ship.
Any recommendation for a good and cautious tech in my area (NYC/Brooklyn)?

Great reputation and very knowledgable. Worth searching for. Oh - just found it- Blackie Pagano.
