Zu Omen Mk.1b upgrade question

I know, this has been asked before, but did not get many responses, so I will try again.
I have had my Zu Omens for a couple of years and am very happy with them. But of course, it did not escape me that an upgrade kit is available. Have you done the upgrade and if so what do you think about it?
