Instruments produce a fundamental frequency and overtones. The balance of overtones are responsible for making one instrument sound different than another. There are plenty of overtones above 8kHz in normal music.
Zu Omen DW ll cap upgrade help
I have Zu Omen DW ii speakers and considering the Clarity cap upgrade. From my research the tweeter handles frequencies above 12K. Further, music typically doesn’t include frequencies above 8K. Instruments like a piccolo might be 7 to 8K. Otherwise, vocals, guitar and cymbals are below that frequency. So, why even have a super tweeter at all? Please, reference the link below.
