Why not call them and talk to Sean? The guys there are very approachable. I thought I read something in one of the audio forums that someone had the upgraded drivers and he liked the older ones better. I think he was complaining about them being brighter or something. No sure if it was on Audiogon, Audio Circle or one of the other online forums.
