Zu Audio

Friend of mine is looking for new speaker cables.  He is looking for " reasonably" priced options, not super high end. I have not bought cables in quite some time and thus cannot offer him any sound advice.  Have read about Zu cables as offering bang for the buck; looks like the event line might suit his needs.  I should say his ear is quite good, so he does need a good sounding cable set up.  Anyone have experience with the Zu speaker cables?

The Raven Audio Soniquil line of cables are very reasonably priced, very well reviewed (by the few who have heard them) and can be returned if you don't like them. Never heard them myself. The only other one I would recommend is Synergistic, which are good enough he could buy used at whatever he price level he considers "reasonable". No guarantee, but I have heard enough to be pretty sure he will not be disappointed.
Thanks, will pass it on.
Not sure how much he wants to spend.
The Raven seem to good to be true.
Highly recommend Dueland cables from Acoustic BBQ. I use them on both of my systems. No need to pay more.  Need about 100 - 150 hours of break-in time.

go to the zu store on ebay, you can get some of their older more expensive offerings for a great price. you just have to bid.
