I would try Redco Audio.  They have every sort of cable imaginable, and they are of very good, professional quality. Yes, I'm sure PAD can make some for you, but you won't be able to make this month's mortgage payment!

Well, @barrysandy was correct. PAD sent me to The Cable Co. where they have a listed price of $810 for a pair. So, while they do exist, the search continues.
