Willsenton R8 KT88/EL34 x4 Tube Integrated Amp?

There are quite a  few china amps that perform as good,. Cayin, Line Magnetic, and many others. 
Cayin is my fav. 
Prima Luna also are quite good.
But I know you are refering to budget  priced amps.  So that eliminates PL's line. 

I have found this particular amp to be well suited to my system. Its under $900 US plus shipping. 

That said, it will all depend upon your speakers (including your space), your budget and the your music flavour.
