I think we can all agree AI will help in some circumstances
it is not absolute nor definitive but still helpful
enjoy your music
I dont think A.I. i just consulted yesterday for a technical question about the compatibility of a power supply and a dac will advise me to use Schumann generators to improve the sound "aura" ... A man can make a "tin foil hat" but A.I. will not and it will not believe in God or in Love... A.I. will be able to analyse a sound coming from a vibratibng source , for example a Yoruba drum, and say to me the exact tension which must be used on the membrane to produce a precise tone, it will be able to say by listening me tapping a fruit in the market if the fruit is ripe or not, but it will not be "moved" by music... We enter in a world unlike any other where man is the tool for A.I. to use. An artificial world sold to us as an ideal world with all problems solved. It is a lie. The human free and sane social fabric is not compatible with A.I. as an active agent. In the race created by military powers and oligarchs, A.I. will not stay a useful tool, AGI is an active agent. A door to hell where we will be used as objects, worst than guinea pigs as in the last years. |
Imagine this Use: You get a good hearing test, you create an accurate rendering of your listening room including the absorptive character of all surfaces, You list any existing audio equipment that you were own, Then you ask the AI to specify speaker placement listening position and optimize any other features of the system necessary for the best possible listening experience. if it can’t be done now it will be possible soon I expect. |
Exactly.
The only thing approaching that nowadays is the Dr. Edgar Choueiri dac system of room control in relation to our inner ears measures and HRTF but the specs of the gear are not optimized yet with A.I. linking them to physical and psycho-acoustics.
