why rms is good indication for best driver?


rms is (fs x mms)/qms the lower rms the better the driver always like that as an example: satori line from sb acoustic have rms<80 but lowest quality driver from sb acoustic have rms>200

Resonance and moving mass as you quote definitely affect mechanical Q as you have quoted.  Not sure what you are trying to find out or infer?
