Who has heard the new Pass XA25?

Anyone heard this new Pass amp?

"After 25 watt in class A, does It switch in a/b??
How much is its Power in class a/b??"

I think the 80W@8R and 130W@4R are the class AB continuous RMS limits, with "class A" envelope extending to 50 watts.

Most class A push pull devices have a considerable transient overhead above their class A power ratings into class AB, as much as 5-8db.
Has anyone tried the XA25 with a Spendor D7? It’s 90db, but stereophile found the actualy efficients of the D7 to be 89db. I do like to crank it at times, so wondering if the XA25 has enough juice. Based on the actual power ratings I think the answer is yes.

I’m in a smallish room (13x13) so that should only help. Planning on pairing it with a tube preamp like the Backert Labs Rhumba, or Primaluna EVO 300/400.
Shahram the Backert rhumba and the Pass x25 pairing is phenomenal, I heard them using tekton impact monitors.

I use Acoustic Zen Crescendo II's with the Xa-25.  They also spec at 90 dB and measure 89.  The impedance curve is pretty benign, never below 5 Ohm's, a bit like the D7's. They'll go regular stupid loud, maybe not drunk stupid loud, in my 15 x 25 room.   Sound is fantastic through a Herron VTSP-360 with REL S/5 SHO.

Just seeing this comment. Thanks for the info!

Good to know. I think the xa25 will definitely work in my system in terms of power. However I've been reading that the xa25 can make speakers sound more forward in the midrange. I'm not sure If I want it any more forward in my smallish room (12x13).
I think uncolored is a more accurate description.  A nice signal in gets nice sound out.  If you're adjusting for what the room or gear does to the mids, then, yes, this is not your amp.
Sharam no doubt the X25 pass is superb, try Tsakiridis amp they are unbelievably superb, you will save a lot of money...It depends how much power you need they have it up 150 w, this are tubes
