Where to find OEM Dali Epicon woofer?

I found one of my Dali Epicon 2’s woofer is dead, I called some local dealer, but no response, anyone know where to order one? or someone can fix it? I think it's blown voice coil , thanks!

Thanks everyone, I'm in Bay Area, CA, hope to find a local dealer or repair shop.

Hmmm...blown woofers usually still make sound.  Check the connections and if the speaker has multiple binding posts make sure the jumpers are fastened correctly.  Good luck

Listen, not calling Millersound is a really big mistake.  He lists Dali as a brand he services.

His only business is speaker repair.  If he takes it on, your speaker will sound and look as new, or he won’t repair it.

Again, do a search on Millersound here on A’gon.

@bill_k is right. if your speaker is under warranty, lenbrook will replace your driver. i had a rattling mid-woof and they sent me a brand new one. quick turn around, too. was an easy fix. I had to provide them with the receipt of my purchase, of course.

Again, before you order an expensive driver or ship your speaker, for the love of Pete, pull the woofer and hook it up directly to your speaker cable.  You need some due diligence here before deciding on a course of action.
