Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Arcadi Volodos-Piano Transcriptions(Sony SK 62691 CD 1997) A brilliant segue to Sunday night vinyl.

John Gorka-Writing In The Margins(CD 2006) A laid back start on a possibly stormy Friday night vinyl session.

Yngwie Malmsteen-The Collection(CD Polydor 849 271-2 1991) A shredding start to another vinyl night.

Jacintha-Lush Life(JVC-XRCD2 2001)

McLaughlin/DI Meola//DE Lucia-Passion/Fire & Grace(Sony/JVC K2 CD1983/2014) Sunday night vinyl is off to a very high standard regarding content and SQ.

Will Downing-Love's The Place To Be(CD 1993) A smooth start to vinyl night with an artist with 22 studio albums that is relatively unknown to the Audiophile community. If you enjoy Gregory Porter please give Mr. Downing a listen.

John Pizzarelli-Meets The Beatles(CD 1998)

Miki Howard-Femme Fatale(CD 1992)

Madonna-Ray Of Light(CD 1998)

Sunday night vinyl gets an early start on this Labor Day weekend. Pizzarelli excels on his interpretation of "The Beatles". Miki Howard is one of R&B's most overlooked female vocalists! Might be Madonna's best full length recording.
