Poncho and Lefty on Maggies with great Audio Research tube gear fills the room with beautiful music.

Maria Muldar's Midnight at the Oasis is another wonderful album for my system and room.

This is why I keep telling people to audition Maggies IN THEIR ROOM.  Once you hear them (set up properly), with good hardware, it is hard to believe you listened to any boxes.  As a matter of fact, put them side-by-side and see what YOU think.  That is the ultimate way to choose.  Most of all, happy listening!

Cheers!

I got tired of listening to all the debate over what system element is degrading the sound, so I got rid of my system and just hired a band to play all the music I want to hear.  This way, I can yell at the musician directly instead of some audio dealer or manufacturer if I don't like what I am hearing.

Get rid of the middleman, I say!
