Just arrived,

Aimee Mann "Queens of the Summer Hotel"

Cat Power "Covers"

When I Last saw Alejandro Escovedo, Mitch was there for the last song.

Was a one year anniversary of David Bowie’s death.
Thank you@mammothguy54,

You have just shown how much improvement the MyMat system can make, even on a Rega!

I'd love to read your history on the Member Reviews posts
Brian,

REM has a history in N C. Mitch Easter had much to do with REM first two lps.

His recording studio is in Kernersvile,...
20 minutes from me.
Frankly, I'm close to being out of stock.
Those of you who believed in me  from the beginning, I thank you!

CJ is one of those bands I love but lack many of their lps Jim.

I bought the Speakers Corner issue of Delaney & Bonnie for that reason.

@boxer12,

"Penguin" is a fave of mine. I bought the 2 remastered box sets last year. They sound great!
Another record I've mentioned that fell flat here...

Orenda Fink "Blue Dream"
I Do James but as I mentioned earlier, I needed a quieter copy. Thankfully, I found one.
I have it Jim. From my memory it sounds great. Thanks for the reminder. I think I bought mine because it was recommended in Stereophile years ago.
My "playlist" today, had a lot of thought behind it today.

I’m very happy!
An update on the SOTA Eclipse package.

I love it! Hopefully SOTA will eventually offer a complete, drop-in system, for the VPI  tt's.

For now, I'm going to figure out my perfect system. Probably a carbon fiber motor plate. Stay tuned......
I felt a need (for me) to kinda give an update on the Noteworthy Audio ICs.

As most of you know @boxer12, Tim's wife had a serious medical problem that's left his products in the rear view. I wish her well and I personally know how demanding taking care of someone is.

I had his dedicated phono cable in house for a while and it sounded great. In that time I also and still have his standard IC. When I hooked this one up from my sub to amp while the phono cable was installed, my jaw dropped. This was still with my Marc Tunis IC from phono-pre to sub. Wow! I am still wondering how having the two Noteworthy Audio ICs in the signal path, disrupted by the Marc Tunis cable was sounding SO good?

So that's where I'm at now. Sent the dedicated phono back for some tweaking.
Sorry for the earlier typo...

William E McEuen

Lp1 sounded great!

Lp2 up now........................
Nearing the end of the aforementioned "WTCBU". Wow!!! Bluegrass at it's best. SQ at it's best.

Saving lp3 for later.

Thanks Jim!

Hey @jay73 ,

I always enjoy my Hot August Night/MFSL. It really is a great performance.

Spooky Tooth "The Last Puff" A&M/pp

Starts out with a very cool version of "I Am the Walrus"
