Something like that happened to me, where UPS said they delivered when they didn’t. Probably they did deliver somewhere, just not here. The worst part is unless its delivery signature required they consider it delivered when the driver says he left it on the porch. Which is why its better by far to have important deliveries made to a UPS shipping center where they will hold until you come and sign for it.
But that’s for future reference. For now all you can do is file a claim letting USPS and the shipper know you never got it.
