what turn table setup for my gear???

hello there audiophile friends
i have recently build my first “ serius “ audio setup
my goal is to have a setup and all my worries will be were to find gems “ records “
my budget is 1500 to 2500 $ for a turn table ( with tonearm and without cartridge) and about 500 to 1k for phono stage
my gear ..
speakers: dali euphonia ms5
amp: edge nl10
pre amp: benchmark dac3
power: ps audio p10 power plant
speaker cables: real cable 3 runs per speaker high quality copper
rca cables: real cable pure silver
power cables : monster cable powerline 400 signature series ( for amp, pre amp and power plant )
im curently playing music thru my mac and using a pure silver copper usb cable to connect it to my pre amp , my room its about 17 feet to 13 with almost 8 feet ceiling
the music sounds a little more “ detailed “ than i wanted ( i don’t know if detailed is the right word to describe my sound ) , the music its too honest according to the audio file i am playing , too sharp and a lot of dynamic , and don’t give me wrong its tottaly fine , but for my turn table setup i wish to have a more organic sound that is more relaxing to listend to for hours and hours ..
so i was thinking to go for a tube’d phono stage and one of the turn tables that i’m thinking is pro-ject rpm 9 , or maybe rmp 10

i would apreciate thoughts and opinions
( i never owned a turn table , so please be a little specific on suggestions ) thanks !! 🎶🎶🎶

The most intriguing feature of the Schitt Mani is the inclusion of a 30dB gain setting, specifically for Decca/London cartridges. Very hip! George Counnas included a 15k Ohms moving magnet position on the impedance switch of his Zesto Andros 1.2 phono amp for the Londons, which benefit from being so loaded.
Another idea: It's solid state, but I have read very positive reviews of the Schiit Mani MM/MC phono stage. It is solid state but this would be additional significant savings to the system. It goes for $129 directly from Schiit on their website.
thank you @stevecham , i never had the technics sl1200gr in my options , but like i said i i’m new to this , i will def look into that
You have lots of good choices with your budget, and others will weigh in here and be critical of my choices (and frankly bring it on) so I’ll recommend what I have, because I am biased, and because yes, I am very happy with my set up. You will also need to buy a good cartridge and some cables for this but you’ll still come in under your total budget. Here’s what I would get (I personally purchased and still enjoy daily all this gear).

Technics SL1200GR turntable $1599 one preowned at HiFi Heaven
Nagaoka MP150 cartridge $329 from LP Gear
Ortofon SH-4 Headshell $28.99 on Amazon
VPI JMW RCA phono cable $299 from Elusive Disc
EAR 834P MM only tubed phono stage $1695 from Needle Doctor

This is a very fine set up that will provide deep vinyl satisfaction for years. Total is $3951. Your budget is $2500 - $4000.

I owned a Musical Hall 5.1 turntable for a couple of years (made by Project). It was so so okay but not anywhere as dynamic and wow/flutter/rumble free as the Technics. You could also save some money by getting the Nagaoka MP110 cartridge, not quite as good as the MP150 but I have one and enjoy it and it is a real bargain for $129.17.

You may already have an interconnect for the phono pre to preamp so I did not include that. Some if this you might buy pre-owned to save shekels, and that’s fine, but UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I RECOMMEND PURCHASING A PREOWNED CARTRIDGE. Been there done that and have scorch marks to show for it.

Let me know if you have any questions. OK guys and gals, I have my flame retardant teflon suit on...
