The original MoFi Music From Big Pink (Stan Ricker mastered) is not good. The second MoFi version (MFSL 1-346) is much, much better, but is out-of-print, and worth some semi-serious money. Even the new Capitol 45 RPM double-LP edition is better than the original MoFi, and lists for $34.99.
The MoFi Beatles LP’s used to be in demand, but have fallen out of favour, especially after Capitol put them out as a Mono Boxset. The boxset is now out-of-print, and worth some money: over a thousand bucks. MoFi put all The Beatles LP's in a boxset of their own (in Stereo), and that still commands a good price, though Beatles collectors prefer the Mono box for sound.
Many of the Sheffield’s are pretty common, and worth not that much. They do sound great, though! Telarc’s are very common, and worth no more than non-audiophile pressings.
