I think dBpoweramp can do that.
What should I use to convert FLAC files to AIFF?
I want to play some of my FLAC albums in my car. iTunes on my mac computer will not open FLAC files in order to convert them to AIFF audio files, and my car only plays audio CDs or mp3 files from USB drives (mp3s are out, I can't stand the sound quality).
What file converter product do you recommend for Mac computers? What does everyone use?

@sc0ttc00ter I recently started using https://www.freac.org/ for batch-converting to AAC format (for the car), but it converts anything to anything and I like always free programs (continuous builds). I still use XLD for ripping CDs. |
+ 1 for XLD Consider converting from FLAC to ALAC (Apple Lossless). About the same file size. I convert to lossless AIFF files in my home system because the storage is cheaper. The file size of AIFF is much larger than the equivalent FLAC or ALAC conversion. Mobile storage (SSD?) might be more expensive and/or hold fewer AIFF files than their ALAC equivalents. Good luck.
