What is the best cartridge for a Music Hall MMF-7.3

I’m not very experienced with cartridges, and I know some are bias one way or another about brands and sound preferences, but I have a Music Hall MMF 7.3 turntable and am looking to upgrade the Ortofon bronze cartridge that came with it.
Asking for opinions on best cartridges for this table.
I don’t mind paying for quality, but I don’t want to waste money on a mid quality TT. MM or MC ?
i am using a Vincent PHO 701 preamp, if that helps.
