What do you do when the music’s not speaking to you?

I listen to music every day for several hours. It’s a daily routine.   But some days I just can’t seem to get into the music.  It takes a while for me to find the exact music that I want to listen to.  Other days I’m fine with it from the beginning.  If any of you have the same problem what do you do to get out of it?

If you really wanna enjoy music, take the time to learn how to play an instrument and play in a live band because then you’ll REALLY appreciate music at a deeper level.

I wonder if @chrisoshea is  also a musician?

Hi there… I can’t play a note but got the music gene from my mother who sang and played the piano. My stepdad was a jazz musician so I got early exposure to jazz which is still my favorite….

Always good to hear from Chriso, the other Shea "brother."
