What are you streaming tonight?

As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares.
We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media.
I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations.
I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.

i used to have Deep Purple Live in Japan when I had a record collection.  May have to find it on Qobuz.
Tokyo Tapes by The Scorpions is one of my fave live rock albums.

Should give the subs a workout.......
I love to listen to Bradford Masalis' Trio Jeepy and when I am just getting ready for bed I listen to Jim Hall" Concierto on a CD transport or streaming thru my cocktail audio player on network both thru my DACs.

I keep meaning to try some Snarky Puppy especially after reading an interview with them.
It's on my to-do and get around to it list.
The Greatest Guitar Solos - Qobuz playlist. It's hard to take too seriously when Rock Bottom by UFO was omitted, but there's some good stuff.
Apple ….. Mother Love Bone.

Ah what might have been......

If singer Andrew Wood had not succumbed to heroin od at a way too early age there may never have even been a Pearl Jam...…..
Phoebe Bridgers - Punisher, Qobuz Hi-Res, a little outside my normal tastes, but some interesting lyrics and music.
My Vault and it's streamimg capabilities have completely changed the way I listen to music.

yup!
exactly what it did for me a few years back when I took the plunge and bought a vault and tried out this new fangled streaming lark with Tidal....
Woah was my reaction and have never looked back, only moved forward.

And for sure no Temple of the Dog.
Scorpions - Tokyo Tapes (Live)

Qobuz

New subwoofer and stand sure give more depth to the soundstage!   Thanks for the recommendation, uberwaltz!
Deep Purple - Made In Japan

Qobuz Hi-Res

”Smoke On The Water” as I’ve never heard it!
Herb Alpert’s Tijuana Brass - Whipped Cream and Other Delights (Ultra Remastered Double-Nickel Anniversary Fleamarket Overload)

Qobuz Hi-Res

Just kidding!  But I am listening to another album that is almost as ubiquitous at the flea market stalls and garage sales...

Little Feat - Waiting For Columbus

Qobuz

Funny, I used to see this album all the time but never did pick one up to listen to.  I did, however, attempt to buy a copy of “Whipped Cream” in an attempt to break the curse...it didn’t work 🥺

OMG! I just checked, and “Whipped Cream...” is on a Qobuz in Hi-Res!    Yet, they don’t have “Dark Side of the Moon” in Hi-Res...
Whitesnake - The ROCK Album (2020 Remix), Qobuz Hi-Res.  I got kind of burned out on them back in the day, but there are a number of songs on this collection that I've never heard that are actually quite good.
I only got about half way through it and realized I must have out grown Whitesnake.
Lol.
Might try it again sometime.....
So did I Greg, which is why I played it as soon as I saw it but for whatever reason it just did not move me?
Mood?
Who knows??😎😎
I think mood has a lot to do with it.  I was expecting not to like it.  I just got a new (to me) integrated for my computer system and was surprised at how good it sounded through my little Harbeth speakers.  I typically listen to more mellow music on that system and discovered it could rock!
Thomas Dutronc - Frenchy, Qobuz.  A duet with Iggy Pop and Diana Krall?  Yes!
