As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares. We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media. I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations. I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.
Steve Guttenberg had a cluster of music reviews this morning, including several posters on this forum have been listening to. He seems to really like The Pineapple Thief.
The "other" Canadian power trio. Things in the late 70s / early 80's are a little hazy but if I recall correctly I saw them at a "rising star" show for about 2 bucks when they were just catching on in the U.S.
Moses Sumney - græ, Qobuz Hi-Res. This might not be everyone's cup of tea, but the sonics are great. It sounds like Prince and D'Angelo might have influenced him a lot.
Listening to David Bowie’s Berlin Trilogy on Qobuz Hi-Res. Sometimes I get weak Wi-Fi coverage in my basement, and since I know these albums so well I can tell. Thought buying a streamer would insulate me from “upgrade-itis”, but went ahead and bought a nice Wi-Fi extender and some Ethernet cable from Monoprice (great sale!) while I was at it.
