What are you streaming tonight?

As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares.
We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media.
I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations.
I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.
uberwaltz
I saw the date when I looked up that release on Qobuz.  I guess I'll have to modify that to "new to me"!
Wake Me Up, When September Ends - Green Day
Is it just me who listen to this song during this month?
That one is in my saved list ready to rock although I have never been a huge fan of Iggy tbh but I will give it a spin.
Uber - the new Iggy is not what you would expect from him.  Here's a quote from the liner notes:   "I began to recoil from guitar riffs in favor of guitarscapes, from twangs in favor of horns, from back beat in favor of space,"

You still might not care for it, but it's definitely a departure from what he's known for.  Another fun listen is his recent EP with Underworld - Teatime Dub Encounters.
Brick by Brick ... Iggy Pop

Qobuz

Greg
I thought I would play an older Iggy album first to be able to compare better.
Blow me if the one I chose, which I had never heard before, I actually like a lot!
Go figure
Kingfish ... Christone " Kingfish" Ingram.

Qobuz

This really rocks ( blues just does not sound right!) imho
Bathtub Love Killings ... Olivia Jean.

Tidal

Bubblegum pop all grown up!
Ex The Black Belles.
She played all the instruments on this album herself, darn fine!
Sometimes I feel like the proverbial one man band.....

Outsider ... Uriah Heep.

Tidal
I was listening to Gary Moore's Still Got the Blues this morning.  It's been a long time since I have.  He was a great talent.
Big thumbs up for Gary Moore.

Caught him live back in England with Thin Lizzy. Very, very underrated guitarist.
And he owns and plays ol greenie!
Spotify - Discover Weekly - Another great week, 2 hours of great tunes pushed to me. Some good stuff that I would have never heard otherwise.
@big_greg - That album from  J.S. Ondara - "Tales of America" is really good. Great story about the artist too.....
Greg
I tried to get into that Mudhoney album and just could not.
Maybe it needs a few plays......
Uber, I've had that happen once in a while. I listened on tidal. Where did you try it?
On Qobuz.
I have ceased using Tidal for now after they sent me an email offering me a free 30 day trial to "come back and see what’s changed".
Fair enough I thought, signed up for the trial and bang $19.99 out of my PayPal.
After numerous waste of time emails between Tidal and myself I just had my bank reverse the charge as fraudulent and screw Tidal!
Well, that's not a change for the positive!  I like Qobuz better, but they still lag behind Tidal in terms of content so I keep both.
Tbh Greg I consider it to be Tidals loss not mine.

My level of analog playback with all 3 sources is at such an all time high I do not find myself streaming anywhere near as much as I used to.
So just the one service in Qobuz is fine for my needs for now.

If Amazon get their act together would naturally have to look at their offering but right now they are worse than Spotify.
And as of right now neither mconnect or Bubbleupnp offer Amazon music as an option to stream anyway so......
I stream in the morning when I sit at my computer before work and for the most part listen to vinyl in the evening with my main system.  I do prefer the sound of vinyl, but on my little computer system, streaming sounds great.

I like to check out new stuff streaming and listen to (mostly) old favorites on vinyl.  I'm also running out of room to store my vinyl, so lately I've been having to ask myself "do I really need this vinyl, or can I stream it?".

I won't use Amazon's service, no matter how good it gets.  I don't support their business practices and have seen first hand how they treat their employees.  Someone close to me worked there and they asked her to go "train" staff at a new customer service center in India.  She jumped at the chance and thought it was really cool that she got that opportunity until about six months later when they closed the location where she and about 100 other people worked.
Agreed that analog media storage is a pain, takes room and looks unsightly no matter how you cook it!
But just something about it that streaming can never replace imho, and I am not referring to SQ here.

Saying that listening to good old FM radio right now so go figure!
My vintage Sanyo receiver is a real gem.

I hear you on Amazon, not something I had given much thought to but it is relevant.
