But basically i hear all speak one voice about checking the volume control, but yes, first I probably should play with changing channels on CD-player and speakers.

It does sound like it is perhaps a dirty or bad volume control, since you can make it go away, but before you do anything, you should first positively isolate the amp. It is easy since it is only in one channel. swicth the channels, everywhere, the cables, the cd, the speakers, to see if the problem moves to the channel it should, just to be certain it is the amp. If you isolate it and it is the amp, you could evan try this inside the amp to isolate the pre- and power amp sections, but this might be more trouble than its worth. (If it is a passive, you could easily locate a bad control this way).
I offer this because there have been occations where I was sure it was a certain component and it turned out to be a cable, and usually when I ask someone like a tech, they ask if I had isolated it.

Unplug unit. Open unit, locate volune knob, 1st you might try blowing it out with compressed air. Then you might use Caigs Gold or some other contact cleaner, such as Radio Shack's, and spray with that. Also check wire to the control it see if loose or making a poor connection. If this does not solve the problem, probably going to go to tech.
