Wall socket for Ethernet/ Cable outlet recommendation

I wanna install a Wall outlet that includes access for Ethernet and coaxial connections. Behind the wall there will be a splitter for the coaxial cable.
 

Any recommendations or is this generic.

Avoid splitting if you can.  Remember to put in a gas discharge protector for your coax outside your home that's properly grounded.
