What guides are recommended for vinyl in terms of what's been pressed and what current market prices are? Is Jerry Osborne's Rockin' Records any good? Goldmine?
Are you referring to the Goldmine record album buying guide ? This is a Large soft cover that will give you a year and three respective states, VG, VG+ & NM. there will be corresponding prices for these records.
osborne's guides are all pretty good(comprehensive), but the reality of record collecting is the rarest and 'most- in-demand' sell for more than the published guides and the bulk sells foe less. finding mint or mint- jacket on a mint or mint- record will up the price.
