Vintage speaker suggestions for Nakamichi stasis system

As mentioned above; what are your current speakers, music taste and room size just to start? 
Era of your Nak’s. The Vandersteen 3 would fit in and just a tad outside your budget or look for a set of 2’s if you’re want to spend less. If you have a large room and can pull the speakers out into your room a pair of Magnepan 3.3R’s will work very well with your PA7. Almost forgot about PSB Stratus Gold i’s... again same era or there about.

How large is your room ? How far do you sit from them ? How loud would you like to play them ? What are your listening priorities ( dynamics, soundstaging, tonality, detail, extended bottom end, as some examples ) ? Do you have, or are you able, to do some acoustical treatments to your room ?
