Vintage JBL J2080s from the 1990s...

These are a pretty good find. They sound great when you feed them 40W @8 ohms.

I bought a pair in mint condition from my local Goodwill for $48. I tried them with the 30wpc JVC RS33 receiver. The combination sounded excellent with plenty of dynamic range playing Pink Floyd's DSOTM CD.
