Verastarr

I've been waiting for over 6 months for a set of xlr cables to be repaired. I was first informed it would be 6 days. Has anyone else encountered issues with repairs or new orders with verastarr?

Let’s hear that excuse. He’ll probably get to this warranty work as soon as he’s done making YouTube videos.

He might send you a replacement. The tone of his response doesn’t show a lot of concern for your situation though.
