Yes, but you should look at your receiver, see if it has a virtual surround mode.

Using M&K MP-4512 as center and surround only
Hey folks. I need a center channel speaker. HAVE M&K sattelites and a Polk sub. Pioneer elite receiver. Always on a budget. Wasn’t wanting to fool with surround. Mostly because of the wife but the hassle too. Found a M&K MP-4512 online for inexpensive. I know it’s a high end sound bar. But since it’s supposed to emit surround as well as center and left right couldn’t I wire it up just for the center and the sides(surround) and continue to use my main satellites?
Perhaps a better solution than just a center channel speaker. Anyone have thoughts
