USB/Toslink Adapter???

Does anyone know of an audiophile approved adapter that plugs into USB-B in & becomes USB-B in WITH a Toslink Port as well?Thanks much,take care..

But none with Toslink input or output. Those being the Stello U2, Bryston Buc-1, and the Schiit EITR.
