USB to spdif converter that passes 96Khz/24 bit?

Any product that will pass this data from a 96/24 DVD disc through the USB? Thanks

These devices route all audio from the computer to the digital output, should work for DVD/CD playback in realtime as well. Note all audio means ALL audio--if you have audio email notification turned on, for example, you could get a rather loud "bing"...
