Toslink to AT&T ST Conversion

Anyone have an idea for a simple and cost effective way to convert Toslink to AT&T ST? I have an Apple TV and an older Proceed DAC with multiple inputs, including both Toslink and AT&T. The Apple has a Toslink out, but no AT&T. Sounds great, but I'd like to move the Apple TV to another location in the same room, and run a fairly long run of AT&T glass cable (which I already have) into the Proceed.

I know that this post is more than 10 years old (!), but I am still interested in getting a Toslink to ST interface (and a BNC to ST interface as well).

Since it becomes difficult (if not impossible) to find one of the devices mentionned above, why can't we get a schematic of a DIY solution ?

I have been searching the web for weeks, and I found no schematic: it should not be as complex as sending a man on Mars (!) Lol

Any help will be appreciated...
