To Fuse or Not to Fuse... That is the question!

Ok.. I think I understand that no fuse is better than a cheap fuse. And a good fuse is better than a cheap fuse. But is no fuse better than the best fuse?

One person on Audiogon said that he achieved better sound by using a Blue fuse over no fuse. I guess my question is... Do these new, high dollar fuses just allow the current to flow better with solid protection or do they actually due to quantum physics or something, actually improve upon the signal by eliminating errant bad electrons and thereby actually improving the music over no fuse at all?

I gots to know!

I've never noticed "fuse rot" on any fuse, but now I'll be up all night worrying about that...damn...
You WISH I had sheep's clothing...not unlike your pals down on the farm! Count me out of that obsession!
If by "tuning" you mean helping a component reach a sound you prefer by applying additional tweaks, a fuse wouldn’t do this as fuses have no impact on performance if applied properly...rated properly, cleaned...that’s about it. Improvement due to fuse performance is imagined and clearly driven by expectation bias since you might have paid 150 bucks and man...you really want that thing to work as advertised, and you want to see the agreement of other Magic Fuse proponents so you feel better. And hey...maybe you will feel better! Placebos often help people.
Nothing here folks, and my comment still stands (regardless of Kaitty's regular supply of nonsensical attempts at insult over reasoned response)...fuses are met with a mishmash of wires and traces of which no regard has been given to direction, thus utterly rendering fuse direction meaningless, and power supplies, chokes, rectifiers, and a myriad of relevant bits simply are not subject to any performance enhancement from a fuse...they're simply not in spite of bloviating purveyors of expectation bias enhancing hyperbole.
Nobody, including snarky old Kaitty, has ever addressed the simple fact that the wires and circuit board traces in any component are NOT installed with any regard to their directionality, thus obviating any sonic advantages provided by a half inch tiny diameter fuse wire's alleged directional benefits. Some claim to hear these inexplicable direction differences as readily as witnessing deities displayed in their breakfast toast, but a $2 Littelfuse does the same job as any boutique Magic fuse albeit without expectation bias encouraged by shameless hyperbole.
